Fact #2: Hammer never protested the fact that the Bli-Den administration practices racism in its ambassadorial appointments. Nearly all black ambassadors are sent to mostly small African or other predominantly black countries. To date, The Bli-Den’s have appointed 164 ambassadors. Of these, 11 are African American. The fact of the matter is that the “Three Witches” or “Weird Sisters” Susan Rice, Samantha Power and Gail Smith, to borrow a phrase from Shakespeare’s “Macbeth”, are hellbent on restoring the terrorist TPLF to power in Ethiopia come war, hell or high water.
Their contempt and hatred for the Ethiopian government and the Ethiopian people is deeper than the Mariana Trench.
Lucky for Ethiopia and Ethiopians, Rice selected the wrong cyborg for the job.
First, Hammer is dumber than a bag of hammers, to use the old idiom.
His diplomatic style is imperious. He is arrogant and disrespectful to Ethiopian government officials. He is a blustering fool and a laughing stock. The Ethiopian public, especially after seeing Hammer’s selfie with TPLF terrorist leaders, consider him clown and a buffoon.
Hammer is what Ethiopians call a hammer-head (መዶሻ ራስ) an ignoramus. He has convinced himself he is such an expert on Ethiopian history, politics and society that he can dictate terms of peace to them.
The fact of the matter is Hammer is clueless about Ethiopian history, politics and culture.
The absolute truth about Hammer is that he is the ultimate patronizing roly-poly white supremacist with a messianic complex to save savage black Africans from themselves. Hammer throws his weight around (pun intended) and thinks he can boss Ethiopian government officials like his personal slaves.
But Hammer is also clueless and mindless robot who is blind to revolting facts in his own organization.
Fact #1: In all his years as a Foreign Service employee, not once did Hammer raise his voice to protest the savage discrimination imposed on African Americans in the US State Department. For decades, because of systemic discrimination African Americans have represented ONLY about 5 percent of the US Foreign Service.
Fact #2: Hammer never protested the fact that the Bli-Den administration practices racism in its ambassadorial appointments. Nearly all black ambassadors are sent to mostly small African or other predominantly black countries. To date, The Bli-Den’s have appointed 164 ambassadors. Of these, 11 are African American. With the exception of the African American ambassadors assigned to Ecuador and Qatar, the rest (9) are assigned to African and other black countries including Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Angola, Ethiopia, Gabon. Gambia, Ivory Coast and South Africa.
Fact 3#: Susan Rice never protested or tried to change the racist treatment of African Americans in the State Department or the National Security Agency. During two terms of the Obama administration, the percentage African Americans in the State Department foreign service or diplomatic corps was no different than any other administration.
It is so easy to play god and messiah for black faceless and nameless people deprived of their human rights 10 thousand miles away when African Americans are facing discrimination and human rights violations right there in the State Department.
Bli-Den’s racist and offensively patronizing policy is, “Black ambassadors for black countries.”
“Black is black, make sure to keep them in the back!” In the back of the State Department diplomatic corps, that is!.
But why are nearly all African American ambassadors appointed to serve African and other black countries?
Why can’t African Americans be appointed to white countries?
The answer is simple: The Bli-Dens don’t think there are capable African American diplomats to do the job. Let’s face it. Bli-Den’s don’t believe African Americans are good enough to serve America as ambassadors in white countries. Grin and bear it. It is what it is!!!
After all, it took the Bli-Dens nearly two years to find a black man to appoint as ambassador to Ethiopia!

The irony of ironies is that the Bli-Dens have sent the dumbest white special envoy to save nameless and faceless hordes of black Africans he has never seen and could not care less about in Ethiopia.

The quintessential fact about Hammer is that he spent his professional life as nothing more than a spin doctor/spinmeister/ public relations man/ pitchman for various administrations.
Hammer wants to play diplomat but he has never been much more than a government spinmeister. His job has been to put a nice spin on the words and evil deeds of his bosses.
From 2009-2011, in the Obama administration, Hammer served as Senior Director for Press and Communications, and Spokesman at the National Security Council at the White House. Spinmeister!
From 1999-2000, Hammer served in the Clinton administration as Deputy Spokesman, spinmeister, for the National Security Council. Spinmeister!
As the Obama administration’s spinmeister, Hammer defended the 2010 Ethiopian “election” in which the TPLF woyane regime claimed to have won by a ridiculous 99.6%. On May 25, 2010, White House National Security Spokesman Mike Hammer said:
“Disappointed” is the best Hammer could say about an election stolen (won by 99.6%) in broad daylight by TPLF thugs.
But on August 2, 2022, after visiting Mekele, TPLF woyane terrorist central, Hammer issued three orders to the Ethiopian government (and none to the terrorist TPLF woyane):
1) Undertake “a swift restoration of electricity, telecom, banking and other basic services in Tigray”;
2) Imperatively provide “unfettered access to Tigray accompanied by the lifting of sanctions on cash, fuel and fertilizers;” and
3) Provide “access to the International Commission of Human Rights Experts in Ethiopia to investigate a credible investigation.”
The Ethiopian government gracefully responded reminding the imbecilic Hammer that the African Union is the proper forum to address the issue and that he should mind his own ****ing business.
As a Foreign Service Officer, Hammer served in glorified clerical positions in Bolivia, Norway, Iceland, and Denmark.
Big Time Loser: Hammer as Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo
Hammer’s only experience in Africa is his ambassadorial assignment in the Democratic Republic of Congo (2018-2022).
Hammer botched, to use a polite term, that job royally! He ****ed it up big time!
In 2018, at his confirmation hearing Hammer made all sorts of promises and pledges about what he will do if confirmed as ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC):
Hammer’s service as ambassador in the DRC has been a spectacular failure.
Hammer did absolutely nothing to combat corruption in the DRC
In 2018, DRC ranked 161/180 on the Corruption Index.
In 2021, after three years of Hammer’s ambassadorship, DRC ranked 169/180 on the Corruption Index.
In 2021, 85% of Congolese thought corruption increased in the previous 12 months and 80% of public service users reported paying a bribe in the previous 12 months.
Hammer not only failed to do anything about corruption in DRC, he never once mentioned corruption during his tenure.
Hammer pledged to improve the electoral process in the DRC
General elections were held in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in December 2018.
In August 2021, a 44-page USAID-commissioned White Paper entitled “Recommendations for Electoral Reform in the Democratic Republic of the Congo” was issued in anticipation of the 2023 DRC election.
The White Paper made dozens of recommendation for electoral reform including constitutional and legal reform, amendments to the Constitution, organic law and other related laws, reforms of electoral and election dispute resolution mechanisms, consultations with political parties, observer groups and so on.
Hammer sat on his duff and did nothing to help implement any of the White Paper recommendations to help the Congolese.
In March 2022, former DRC President Joe Kabila declared “it is impossible to organize the (2023) election in the current context.”
Hammer gave new meaning to the old saying, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.”
Mike, “The Scammer” Hammer, in 2022 slipped outta DRC under cover of darkness to become special envoy to Ethiopia and the Horn.
To add insult to injury, instead of helping out the DRC, Hammer was meddling and destabilizing the DRC.
Hammer was widely criticized for interfering in DRC’s domestic politics.
In 2020, the speakers of the two houses of the DRC parliament protested Hammer’s “meddling” and “activism”.
Hammer, with arrogant audacity and natural stupidity, responded saying the Congolese people love him and “constantly ask for America’s support and express appreciation for our contributions.”
An angry (could be a hungry) (pun intended) Hammer hammered told the “(DRC) political establishment that is determined to cling on to power for personal financial gain and try to hide behind arguments of nationalism or make accusations of foreign interference.”
Hammer pledged to “help set the DRC on a path to sustainable development and self-reliance
According to a June 30, 2022 World Bank report the DRC ranked the DRC 164/174 countries on the 2020 Human Capital Index.
Hammer did absolutely nothing “help set the DRC on a path to sustainable development and self-reliance.”
Hammer pledged to help “prevent future epidemics and potential pandemics” in the DRC
The only thing Hammer has done to prevent epidemics in the DRC, particularly ebola, was to deliver a self-congratulatory speech and post an op-ed on a State Department website.
As of July 2022, under Hammer’s watch, the total amount of assistance for ebola prevention in DRC and Guinea is $3.5 million, a paltry sum considering the rapid spread and deadly nature of ebola outbreaks.
It appears Hammer spent most of his time in the DRC binging on gourmet food.
Designating a two time loser as special envoy to Ethiopia and the HOA: The utter hypocrisy of the utterly morally corrupt and contemptable Bli-Den administration
The Bli-Den administration is now willing to pay $15 million to bankroll an “inclusive peace process” in Ethiopia.
For the past three years, it has used all economic, diplomatic and political means to damn and condemn Ethiopia for alleged human rights violations.
Lo and behold, over the past few weeks, the Bli-Den administration has blocked three times UN Security Council resolutions calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza where over 30,000 people, mostly women and children have been killed and 70,325 injured in retaliatory campaigns.
The Bli-Den administration has completely and actively opposed and disregarded the World Court ‘s order that Israel prevent acts of genocide against Palestinians and do more to help civilians. The Bli-Dens have ignored massive calls by the international community for ceasefire in Gaza.
Now the Bli-Den’s speak with forked tongue commanding Ethiopia to have an “inclusive peace process” or else.
What ****ing moral legitimacy does the Bli-Den administration have to arm twist Ethiopia into peace talks?

The Bli-Dens think Ethiopians are too stupid to figure out their double standards, duplicity and hypocrisy.

Admittedly, neither Ethiopia nor Africa in general are top priority for the Biden administration to send the best and brightest diplomats.

In Ethiopia, Hammer is regarded not as a diplomat but a “dumbplomat.”
There is no Ethiopian who saw Hammer giggling in a selfie with TPLF leaders who did not shout out, “What a dumb **FO!”
Ethiopians are gracious and hospitable people. Anywhere else in the world, Hammer the scammer would have be declared persona non grata and barred from entering the country!
