Mean Joe’s Biden and Sleazy Suzie trying to rain on Ethiopia’s newly elected democratic inauguration parade
The Biden administration played its trump card by issuing Executive Order 14046, (“Imposing Sanctions on Certain Persons With Respect to the Humanitarian and Human Rights Crisis in Ethiopia”, September 17, 2021).
The Order is intended to send the message to the Ethiopian people that they will be punished and crushed with the fire and fury of sanctions the world has never seen!
Lo and behold!
What Sleazy Suzie is trying to do to Ethiopia and PM Abiy Ahmed today is what she actually did to Eritrea and President Isaias Afewerki in 2009.
On December 23, 2009, Sleazy Suzie wrangled the United Nations Security Council into adopting Resolution 1907 imposing an arms embargo and other sanctions on Eritrea falsely accusing the Eritrean Government of aiding Al-Shabaab terrorism in Somalia.
At the time she said, “The council acted ‘not hastily, not aggressively,’ but with the aim of seeking constructive dialogue with the Eritrean government.”
On May 25, 1999, Rice testifying before the House Subcommittee on Africa falsely accused President Isaias as a “sponsor of state terrorism”.
Having failed to have Ethiopia sanctioned by the U.N. Security Council 8 times in 10 months, Sleazy Suzie has finally engineered a unilateral sanction by demonizing Ethiopia as a “threat to American national security”.
In an extraordinary and historic “Open Letter”, PM Abiy responded to Biden’s Executive Order the same day it was issued.
The response was clear, resolute and defiant.
PM Abiy told Biden
1) the Ethiopian people have elected and affirmed their faith in Prosperity Party to lead them through the next five years in landslide victory.
2) Ethiopia will tolerate no interference or meddling in its internal affairs by anyone, including the U.S.
3) Ethiopia will confront enemies domestic or foreign who pose a threat to its security and sovereignty.
4) African nations have broken free from the shackles of colonialism and will not submit to neocolonialism in its economic, diplomatic and political manifestations.
5) Ethiopia shall remain a proud nation and will defend its sovereignty and independence with the blood, sweat and tears of its sons, daughters and kin in Africa.
6) Ethiopians know US policy in Ethiopia is made by “key policy makers and policy influencers” who are in the pay of the TPLF and their lobbyists, but these sinister foreign agents will not be allowed to run Ethiopia by remote control from Washington.
7) Ethiopia will not yield to the pressures and “influence of individuals that have entrenched themselves into the politics of other nations,” and
8) Ethiopia will not be another example of a spectacularly failed U.S. foreign policy as evidenced in Afghanistan and other countries leaving millions in deeper despair and hardship than they were in before US intervention.
The Executive Order is the centerpiece of Sleazy Suzie’s delegitimization and deception con game in Ethiopia.
On October 4, 2021, Ethiopia will inaugurate its first democratically elected government in its long and storied history.
Over 40 million Ethiopians waited in line for hours to vote.
The election was certified as free, fair and peaceful by the African Union-sanctioned observer team led by former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo.
PM Abiy’ Prosperity Party was elected in a landslide winning 410 seats out of 436 in the federal parliament.
Ethiopia’s election was concluded without any violence! Contrast that to all other African elections!
COMPARE THAT TO THE NOVEMBER 3, 2020 U.S. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WHICH LED TO THE TAKEOVER OF THE U.S. CONGRESS BY WHITE SUPREMACIST TERRORISTS ON JANUARY 6, 2021 AND FOR WHICH AUDIT RECOUNTS ARE STILL GOING ON IN PLACES LIKE ARIZONA, WISCONSIN AND TEXAS TEN MONTHS AFTER THE ELECTION!
Despite the fact that the Biden administration proclaims to the world that “America is back to defend and spread democracy” through out the world, Mean Joe did not even issue a note of congratulations to the people of Ethiopia on having achieved the first free, fair and peaceful election in their history!
In 2015, Sleazie Suzie had Barack Obama declare an election the TPLF claimed to have won by 100 percent percent “democratic.”
In 2021, Sleazy Suzie got Joe Biden not to say a single word congratulating the Ethiopian people for having conducted a free, fair and peaceful election.
Such is the power of the DUCHESS OF DARKNESS sitting behind the throne!
Biden’s Executive order, issued two weeks before the installation of the newly elected government, is intended by Sleazy Suzie to delegitimize the new government by placing it under a dark cloud of crippling sanctions and scare the Ethiopian people about a looming economic collapse.
Delegitimization of the June 2021 Ethiopian elections and PM Abiy’s government has always been a centerpiece of the Biden-Rice administration in Ethiopia as I demonstrated in my March 2, 2021 commentary.
As part of the delegitimization propaganda campaign, the Biden-Rice administration predicted there will be violence in the run up to the election, on election day and post-election. They said the election should be postponed until after “ceasefire negotiations” and “inclusive dialogue”.
When that failed, Sleazy Suzie got Biden to impose visa sanctions two weeks before the scheduled election (later postponed) on unnamed individuals in Ethiopia and Eritrea believing that could influence Ethiopians not to vote for PM Abiy or hoping to suppress voter turnout effectively delegitimizing the election.
The U.S. strategy to undermine confidence in the elections backfired spectacularly.
Over 40 million voters participated in the first free, fair and peaceful election in Ethiopian history.
Biden’s latest Executive Order is a TROJAN HORSE, an elaborate hoax driven by a broader strategy of brazen neocolonialism weaponizing aid and human rights to intervene, control and determine the destiny of the Ethiopian people through economic pressure.
Sanctions or a declaration of economic war on Ethiopia?
The core demand of the Executive Order for a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue” with the terrorist Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) is intended to accomplish two things: 1) open the door for the direct intervention of the Biden administration in the internal politics and affairs of Ethiopia, and 2) to use protracted “ceasefire negotiations” to wear down the Ethiopian government through a process of attrition and restore the terrorist TPLF back to power.
In his Executive Order Biden declared, the humanitarian crisis in Ethiopia “constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.”
The threat to American national security can only be resolved, according to the Order, if the Ethiopian Government sits down with the terrorist TPLF and engages in “ceasefire negotiations” and agrees to “inclusive dialogue”.
In his UN speech on September 21, 2021, Mean Joe mentioned Ethiopia twice”: “We all must call out and condemn the targeting and oppression of racial, ethnic, and religious minorities when it occurs in northern Ethiopia.” He added, “We cannot give up on solving raging civil conflicts, including in Ethiopia.”
Biden did not even mention China, Russia, presumably the greatest threats to American national interest. He said he will come up with a “plan to improve the lives of the people of North Korea.”
Biden did not oppose or urge others to oppose the Taliban government’s request to participate in the UN General Assembly meetings.
Lo and behold, Ethiopia is now the foremost threat to U.S. national security in the world!
That is really a great achievement for one of the poorest countries in the world to be a greater threat to America than Russia and China combined!

Now, we all know a rising, independent and prosperous Ethiopia is a “threat to American national security”.
This strategy of demonizing Ethiopia as a threat to American national security is a diabolical narrative concocted and relentlessly pursued by Sleazy Suzie.
Sleazy Suzie’s strategy is simple: IF THE TPLF CANNOT HAVE ETHIOPIA, ETHIOPIA CAN GO TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET!
It is the TPLF that is already in hell and their supporters should join them there.
Sleazy Suzie Rice
Beginning on November 12, 2020, after it became clear the TPLF’s plan to seize power by force became a pipedream, Rice has been peddling the idea of “inclusive dialogue” and “negotiated ceasefire” as a way of restoring the terrorist TPLF to power in a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue”.
For the last ten months, Susan Rice has been puppet-mastering Biden and Antony Blinken to parrot her narrative of “inclusive dialogue” and a “negotiated ceasefire” with the internationally-registered and at one time U.S.-designated tier 3 terrorist group known as the TPLF.
In April, Biden (actually Susan Rice) appointed Jeffrey Feltman as Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa.
Biden, Blinken, Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor, Samantha Power, USAID boss, Linda Thomas, US Ambassador to the UN and others have been pontificating about their “deep concerns” and issuing grand edicts and dictats for “immediate humanitarian access, inclusive dialogue, negotiated ceasefire”.
“A rose by any other name would smell as sweet”, but sanctions by any other name is stinking economic war.
Ethiopia a threat to U.S. national security because it is an emerging regional power?
The fact of the matter is Ethiopia poses no threat whatsoever to the United States.
Threats against U.S. National Security within the ambit of the National Security Act of 1947 include those emanating from nuclear proliferation, cyber/terrorism, transnational crimes, attacks on the physical well-being of the U.S. population or acts that jeopardize the stability of the U.S. economy or institutions.
In what way does Ethiopia pose a threat to the military, economic, resource, border, energy, demographic or geostrategic security of the U.S.?
Could it be U.S. afraid Ethiopia could be a regional power in the Horn of Africa?
Is that what Biden’s Executive Order is all about? Preventing Ethiopia from becoming a regional power?
The fact is Ethiopia has not harmed any U.S. citizens or U.S. interests.
Ethiopia has not said a harsh word against the U.S. even when Donald Trump egged the Egyptians to bomb the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
Ethiopia has made no public complaints when the U.S. tried to arm-twist it to sign a deal and sell itself down the Abai (Nile) River.
Ethiopia complied with U.S. demands to provide unrestricted humanitarian access to Tigray and facilitated relief delivery.
Ethiopia declared a unilateral ceasefire after the U.S. insisted on it, an opportunity the terrorist TPLF used to wage war on neighboring Amhara and Afar regions.
What the hell do Biden and Rice want Ethiopia to do?
Biden’s (Actually Susan Rice’s) Game of “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue”
Biden’s (Susan Rice’s) idea about a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue” is DOA, dead-on arrival.
The simple fact of the matter is this: With whom will the Ethiopian Government negotiate if negotiations are possible?
Almost all members of the TPLF political and military leadership have been killed or captured in battle, arrested and held in pretrial detention or are fugitives from justice.
Those claiming to represent the TPLF today are the rump of what used to be the TPLF and are themselves fugitives from justice.
That fact has not stopped Sleazy Suzie from pushing for negotiations with the terrorist remnants of the TPLF.
It boggles the mind that Biden should demand the Government of Ethiopia must negotiate with a terrorist group that widely uses child soldiers, attacks the defense force of the country, invades neighboring regions and commit aggression, crimes against humanity and genocide and taken the people of Tigray hostage!
Biden and Rice must be crazier than to believe Ethiopia will negotiate with the terrorist TPLF under any circumstances.
Yet, the terrorist leaders of the TPLF in the bush have declared at least 10 preconditions the Ethiopian Government must meet before negotiations of any kind can take place. These include:
1) Acknowledgement the government PM Abiy Ahmed is illegitimate and without constitutional mandate to govern;
2) PM Abiy’s government must commit to a transitional arrangement and an all-inclusive political process that includes the major political actors in the country;
3) Immediate removal of invading Amhara forces from Tigray;
4) Immediate removal of Eritrean security, intelligence and defense forces from Tigray;
5) Immediate resumption of suspended services such as telecommunication, banking and health services, electricity, all forms of transportation and commerce;
6) Immediate release of withheld Tigrayan budget for the upcoming Ethiopian fiscal year;
7) Establishment of multiple humanitarian corridors that allow for the provision of humanitarian assistance in all forms;
8) General amnesty for TPLF, release of TPLF leaders in pretrial detention and cessation of “mass arrests of ethnic-Tigrayans across the country”.
9) Reaffirmation of certain Amhara lands as part of Tigray region.
10) Immediate power-sharing with the TPLF.
The U.S-TPLF “ceasefire” con game
On June 29, 2021, the Ethiopian Government declared a unilateral ceasefire and redeployed its troops outside of Tigray.
The Ethiopian Government listed at least 10 reasons for redeployment:
1) Formally establish there is CIVIL WAR in Ethiopia.
The fact of the matter is that no such thing in Ethiopia. There is only TPLF TERRORISM. The U.S., aiding and abetting the TPLF, wants deliberately and intentionally mislead global public opinion by conflating terrorism with civil war.
2) Ethiopia has spent 100-billion-birr, tenfold the normal budget of the Tigray region, to sustain the relief effort in Tigray. That has been a major drain on the national budget.
3) Mekele, the Tigray capital, no longer has any strategic value.
4) Western Governments have been demanding removal of Ethiopian and Eritrean troops from Tigray as a necessary condition for expedited delivery of humanitarian aid.
5) The TPLF has been using human shields to conduct its terrorist actions and Ethiopian federal forces have no interest in causing civilian casualties.
6) The Ethiopian Government is spending too much of its human resources in Tigray for a thankless job.
7) The Ethiopian Government needs to reorient its defense forces to other potential challenges.
8) Ethiopia’s meagre resources should be directed to development not war. The planting season in Tigray should proceed without conflict.
9) The TPLF is boxed in and without military capacity to pose a real threat outside of Tigray.
10) Let the West deal with the Tigray situation as they have the resources to do so.
The terrorist TPLF has exploited the Ethiopian Government’s unilateral ceasefire to attack neighboring regions
The TPLF has completely rejected unilateral ceasefire and turned a deaf ear to international calls for a ceasefire.
The TPLF has used the unilateral ceasefire declaration as an opportunity to invade Amhara and Afar regions wreaking havoc, committing mass atrocities and untold crimes against humanity.
Ceasefire or inclusive negotiations with the TPLF is an exercise in futility and stupidity.
In the one-quarter century the TPLF was in power in Ethiopia, it has shown it knows one and only one type of negotiation, ZERO-SUM.
The Evidence:
The TPLF has used negotiations to
1) divide and make a separate peace with Oromos by pitting them against Amharas and maintain itself in power.
2) neutralize and delegitimize their opposition and reduce them to the status of lackeys.
3) stall for time until they can cook up new tricks.
4) hoodwink the donors and loaners because the word “negotiation” perks up their ears.
5) blunt legislative efforts in the U.S. Congress aimed at sanctioning them.
6) bring the international community and opinion to their side.
7) clean up their international image and put on a kinder and gentler face and conceal their blood-soaked hands in a white glove.
8) remain in power for one more day. One more week. One more month. One more year.
Mean Joe’s (Sleazy Susan Rice’s) bait and switch diplomatic game of “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue”

Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.
Biden’s (actually Susan Rice’s) nonsense about a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue” is nothing more than a set up for bait-and-switch diplomacy, which I wrote about in March 2020.
The U.S. tried unsuccessfully to trap Ethiopia in bait-and-switch diplomacy in November 2019 when it invited Ethiopia to join Egypt and Sudan for informal “discussions” on the Grad Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) in Washington, D.C.
Trump personally directed then Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin (not the State Department) to participate as an observer along with the President of the World Bank.
During the several months of negotiations, the U.S. role changed from neutral “observer” to facilitator and in the end arm-twister for Egypt.
After several months of “negotiations”, Ethiopia was presented with an agreement jointly prepared by U.S. Treasury and Egyptian officials.
When Ethiopia refused to sign the U.S.-Egypt prepared agreement, in September 2020, Trump personally ordered suspension of $130 million worth of aid to Ethiopia because of “a lack of progress” on GERD negotiations.
Biden is trying to pull another Trump-type bait and switch diplomacy with his sanctions and other forms of arm-twisting.
What is a ceasefire and what does it produce?
The Biden administration (that is Susan Rice) claims a ceasefire is needed to facilitate distribution of aid.
What it does not say is that ceasefire negotiations with the TPLF are the same as peace negotiations with the TPLF.
So, the Biden administration’s trick is to get Ethiopia to sit for a ceasefire negotiation and switch it to a peace negotiation.
The Biden administration deliberately conflates and confuses “permanent cease fire” and “peace agreement”.
A ceasefire is temporary stoppage of war or any armed conflict for an agreed-upon timeframe or within a limited area. It could be unilateral, bilateral or multilateral.
A peace agreement is a formal agreement ending a state of war
Therefore, permanent ceasefire = peace agreement/peace treaty.
The Biden administration’s (Susan Rice’s) ceasefire con game
The Biden administration’s ceasefire con game in Ethiopia has clear strategic objectives:
1) Legitimize the TPLF as a sovereign or semi-sovereign entity and grant it international legitimacy.
2) Rehabilitate the TPLF from a terrorist organization to a legitimate political opposition through a ceasefire negotiation.
3) Buy time for the TPLF to rearm and regroup by dragging out the ceasefire negotiations.
4) Use ceasefire negotiations as a condition to open international borders in the name of accessing humanitarian aid and enable the TPLF to resupply itself with weapons from outside sources, specifically Sudan (or is it Susan?), Egypt and the European Union.
5) Use ceasefire negotiations as a step to full scale peace agreement negotiations with TPLF.
5) Create an opportunity for the U.S. to play kingmaker and legitimize the U.S. as a “neutral mediator” in the ceasefire negotiations by offering financial and other incentives. In doing so, allow the U.S. unfettered power to meddle in internal Ethiopian politics and dictate terms of surrender to the Ethiopian Government.
6) By forcing PM Abiy’s government to the negotiating table with the TPLF, show the people of Ethiopia PM Abiy is a weak and ineffective leader thereby turning the population against him.
7) By forcing the Ethiopian government to the negotiating table, show the world PM Abiy’s government is the aggressor and the TPLF victim.
8) Make Ethiopia the bad boy of Africa. If any African country tries to buck the U.S. or refuses to kiss the U.S.’s **s, it will be crushed with sanctions the world has never seen.
9) Prolong the ceasefire negotiations as an effective weapon of attrition. Bleed Ethiopia financially. Trap and bog the Ethiopian Government in a ceasefire negotiation and drag out the ceasefire negotiations indefinitely thereby frustrating the Ethiopia Government and the people of Ethiopia. The longer the ceasefire negotiations take, the more legitimacy and public support the Ethiopian Government will lose among the Ethiopian people.
10) Use the ceasefire negotiations to secure full amnesty and immunity from prosecution for all TPLF leaders and exonerate them from the crimes of humanity they committed.
11) Create the opportunity for the deployment of a UN chapter VII force tasked with a variety of tasks.
12) Use the ceasefire negotiations to reintegrate the TPLF terrorist forces into the Ethiopian army.
13) Use the ceasefire negotiations to force the Ethiopian Government to share power with the terrorist TPLF.
13) Ultimately restore the TPLF to power through the clever use of ceasefire negotiations.
Biden-Rice rules of the “ceasefire” con game
The tactical approach to achieve the strategic goals is:
1) Give lip service to African Union mediation between the Government of Ethiopia and the terrorist TPLF.
2) Buy off African leaders to apply pressure on Ethiopia.
3) Use the AU as a weapon to pressure Ethiopia.
4) Seek observer and facilitator status during the ceasefire negotiations.
5) Offer to underwrite the entire negotiation process by pledging to commit funds.
Ceasefire is easier said than done
Biden (Susan Rice) talks about a ceasefire. But they are willfully clueless.
With ceasefires, the devil is in the details, a fact that should be as clear as a day in hell to Susan Rice, the DUCHESS OF DARKNESS.
Anyone who has studied ceasefires knows they are exceedingly complex processes with a near certain degree of failure.
The data is compelling.
For instance, in Ukraine there were 4 ceasefires that led to new offensives.
In Yemen, of 9 ceasefires 7 led to offensives.
In Syria, out of 20 ceasefires, 19 led to new offensives.
In South Sudan, between 2014 and 2020, there were numerous ceasefire agreements which failed leading to new offensives.
Biden and Susan Rice know full well the TPLF will honor no ceasefire agreements. Certainly, the Ethiopian Government knows as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow that for the TPLF agreement is not worth the paper it is written on.
Ceasefire agreements are a can of worms
Ceasefire negotiations and agreements are perilous and problematic issues. Ceasefires almost always fail because of complex issues related to
1) command and control for ceasefire implementation;
2) demobilization and disarmament of combatants;
3) designation of independent monitors (agreement on which countries will supply monitors);
4) rules of engagement;
5) composition of verification teams;
6) establishment of process for presenting breach of the agreement complaints;
7) establishment of neutral and independent investigative bodies for breaches of ceasefire terms and conditions;
8) modalities for the exchange of information by opposing forces on troop movement, training exercises and so on;
9) integration of force elements from combatants; and
10) one-upmanship to take advantage of the each other’s political and military weaknesses, among others.
The fact of the matter is coming to a ceasefire agreement and implementing it will take many months (under the most idea circumstances), which will provide the TPLF an opportunity to rebuild its military capacity while handcuffing Ethiopia from taking action to eliminate the TPLF terrorist threat.
Let there be no mistake!
The Biden administration is not interested in a ceasefire. It is interested in using ceasefire negotiations as a TROJAN HORSE to trick and bamboozle the Ethiopian Governement into dropping its guard while allowing the terrorist TPLF to sneak into power stealthily.
It is interested in using a ceasefire to facilitate rebuilding and strengthening of the TPLF’s military might so that it can continue its terrorist war in Ethiopia until it is restored to power.
The terrorist TPLF is not interested in negotiations. It is interested in using negotiations to buy time and destroy its opponents.
If there is a ceasefire, the TPLF will have to face the fire and fury of the people Tigray for the needless deaths of their children in a pointless war and the suffering they endured over the past 10 months!

The fact of the matter is that the TPLF has always, always played zero-sum negotiation games. They must win negotiations 100 percent of the time. They sneer at good faith bargaining, negotiation, compromise and conciliation. Negotiation for the TPLF is about one-upmanship. It is about hoodwinking and crushing their adversaries.
Biden (Sleazy Suzie’s) Hail Mary pass with economic sanctions
Desperation is driving Biden’s (Susan Rice’s) policy in Ethiopia.
Sleazy Suzie has run out of options.
Sleazy Suzie has her man Friday Jeffrey Feltman running from the Emirates to Saudi Arabia to Djbouti and now to Turkey begging the leaders of these countries to pressure Ethiopia to negotiate with the TPLF terrorists. Nobody wants to talk to Feltman because everyone knows he is Sleazie Suzie’s gofer.
Sleazy Suzie is coordinating action in Congress to for a declaration of genocide. (Who gives a damn whether Biden declares genocide or not!)
BIDEN AND RICE KNOW THEY HAVE CROSSED THE RED LINE ON THE GREEN, YELLOW AND RED FLAG.
That is what all the sanctions sound and fury is all about.

Sleazy Suzie has tried to use Biden to delegitimize the elections and PM Abiy’s leadership. It failed.
Sleazy Suzie has tried to use the Western press-titutes to demonize and ostracize Ethiopia. It failed.
Sleazy Suzie has tried to get the UN Security Council to sanction Ethiopia. She was laughed out of the hall.
Sleazy Suzie has tried to bully, intimidate, threaten and harass the Ethiopian Government. It has failed miserably.
Now, Sleazy Suzie is threatening MOAS (Mother of All Sanctions).
In American football there is a game tactic called the “Hail Mary pass”.
In the last seconds of a game, the quarterback (the player who directs the offensive game) in desperation will throw a long forward pass hoping to get a touchdown (make a score).
Biden’s Executive Order threatening economic sanctions the likes of which the world has never seen is that hail Mary throw to miraculously bring the Ethiopian Government to the negotiating table with the terrorist TPLF.
The Ethiopian Government will sit down and negotiate with the TPLF after hell freezes over and the TPLF devils go ice skating.
Joseph Biden: The White Horseman of the Apocalypse of Ethiopia Economic Sanctions
President Joe Biden, mounted on his white Horse threatens to visit economic apocalypse on Ethiopia.

Yet, Biden castigates and condemns Ethiopia for creating a refugee problem.
Ethiopia today hosts well over a million refugees from neighboring countries. And the U.S. set a maximum limit of
62,500 refugees in 2021!
Ethiopia does not mistreat and persecute refugees in its care.
Mean Joe has unleashed his Janjaweed (devils on horse back) on poor Haitian refugees.
The Great Enchantress Susan Rice is the invisible had that tries to rock the cradle in Ethiopia.
Rice’s original plan was to have a repeat of the Herman Cohen con game when in 1991 then Assistant Secretary for African Affairs Herman Cohen set up a scam negotiations and swiftly installed the TPLF to power.
Rice’s blind commitment to the TPLF is incomprehensible.
Could it be that Rice is going all out to help the TPLF because the TPLF scumbags have dirt on her? Could Rice be a victim of blackmail by the TPLF?

The fact of the matter is that Biden and Rice are incapable of forcing Ethiopia to negotiate with the TPLF or kiss Uncle Sam’s **s.

After 20 years, the U.S. had to leave Afghanistan ignominiously at the tip of the pointy shoes of a bunch of fanatical terrorists.

Strength does not come from possession of war planes, tanks and guns.

The Biden administration played its trump card by issuing Executive Order 14046, (“Imposing Sanctions on Certain Persons With Respect to the Humanitarian and Human Rights Crisis in Ethiopia”, September 17, 2021).
The Order is intended to send the message to the Ethiopian people that they will be punished and crushed with the fire and fury of sanctions the world has never seen!
Lo and behold!
What Sleazy Suzie is trying to do to Ethiopia and PM Abiy Ahmed today is what she actually did to Eritrea and President Isaias Afewerki in 2009.
On December 23, 2009, Sleazy Suzie wrangled the United Nations Security Council into adopting Resolution 1907 imposing an arms embargo and other sanctions on Eritrea falsely accusing the Eritrean Government of aiding Al-Shabaab terrorism in Somalia.
At the time she said, “The council acted ‘not hastily, not aggressively,’ but with the aim of seeking constructive dialogue with the Eritrean government.”
On May 25, 1999, Rice testifying before the House Subcommittee on Africa falsely accused President Isaias as a “sponsor of state terrorism”.
Having failed to have Ethiopia sanctioned by the U.N. Security Council 8 times in 10 months, Sleazy Suzie has finally engineered a unilateral sanction by demonizing Ethiopia as a “threat to American national security”.
In an extraordinary and historic “Open Letter”, PM Abiy responded to Biden’s Executive Order the same day it was issued.
The response was clear, resolute and defiant.
PM Abiy told Biden
1) the Ethiopian people have elected and affirmed their faith in Prosperity Party to lead them through the next five years in landslide victory.
2) Ethiopia will tolerate no interference or meddling in its internal affairs by anyone, including the U.S.
3) Ethiopia will confront enemies domestic or foreign who pose a threat to its security and sovereignty.
4) African nations have broken free from the shackles of colonialism and will not submit to neocolonialism in its economic, diplomatic and political manifestations.
5) Ethiopia shall remain a proud nation and will defend its sovereignty and independence with the blood, sweat and tears of its sons, daughters and kin in Africa.
6) Ethiopians know US policy in Ethiopia is made by “key policy makers and policy influencers” who are in the pay of the TPLF and their lobbyists, but these sinister foreign agents will not be allowed to run Ethiopia by remote control from Washington.
7) Ethiopia will not yield to the pressures and “influence of individuals that have entrenched themselves into the politics of other nations,” and
8) Ethiopia will not be another example of a spectacularly failed U.S. foreign policy as evidenced in Afghanistan and other countries leaving millions in deeper despair and hardship than they were in before US intervention.
The Executive Order is the centerpiece of Sleazy Suzie’s delegitimization and deception con game in Ethiopia.
On October 4, 2021, Ethiopia will inaugurate its first democratically elected government in its long and storied history.
Over 40 million Ethiopians waited in line for hours to vote.
The election was certified as free, fair and peaceful by the African Union-sanctioned observer team led by former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo.
PM Abiy’ Prosperity Party was elected in a landslide winning 410 seats out of 436 in the federal parliament.
Ethiopia’s election was concluded without any violence! Contrast that to all other African elections!
COMPARE THAT TO THE NOVEMBER 3, 2020 U.S. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WHICH LED TO THE TAKEOVER OF THE U.S. CONGRESS BY WHITE SUPREMACIST TERRORISTS ON JANUARY 6, 2021 AND FOR WHICH AUDIT RECOUNTS ARE STILL GOING ON IN PLACES LIKE ARIZONA, WISCONSIN AND TEXAS TEN MONTHS AFTER THE ELECTION!
Despite the fact that the Biden administration proclaims to the world that “America is back to defend and spread democracy” through out the world, Mean Joe did not even issue a note of congratulations to the people of Ethiopia on having achieved the first free, fair and peaceful election in their history!
In 2015, Sleazie Suzie had Barack Obama declare an election the TPLF claimed to have won by 100 percent percent “democratic.”
In 2021, Sleazy Suzie got Joe Biden not to say a single word congratulating the Ethiopian people for having conducted a free, fair and peaceful election.
Such is the power of the DUCHESS OF DARKNESS sitting behind the throne!
Biden’s Executive order, issued two weeks before the installation of the newly elected government, is intended by Sleazy Suzie to delegitimize the new government by placing it under a dark cloud of crippling sanctions and scare the Ethiopian people about a looming economic collapse.
Delegitimization of the June 2021 Ethiopian elections and PM Abiy’s government has always been a centerpiece of the Biden-Rice administration in Ethiopia as I demonstrated in my March 2, 2021 commentary.
As part of the delegitimization propaganda campaign, the Biden-Rice administration predicted there will be violence in the run up to the election, on election day and post-election. They said the election should be postponed until after “ceasefire negotiations” and “inclusive dialogue”.
When that failed, Sleazy Suzie got Biden to impose visa sanctions two weeks before the scheduled election (later postponed) on unnamed individuals in Ethiopia and Eritrea believing that could influence Ethiopians not to vote for PM Abiy or hoping to suppress voter turnout effectively delegitimizing the election.
The U.S. strategy to undermine confidence in the elections backfired spectacularly.
Over 40 million voters participated in the first free, fair and peaceful election in Ethiopian history.
Biden’s latest Executive Order is a TROJAN HORSE, an elaborate hoax driven by a broader strategy of brazen neocolonialism weaponizing aid and human rights to intervene, control and determine the destiny of the Ethiopian people through economic pressure.
Sanctions or a declaration of economic war on Ethiopia?
The core demand of the Executive Order for a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue” with the terrorist Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) is intended to accomplish two things: 1) open the door for the direct intervention of the Biden administration in the internal politics and affairs of Ethiopia, and 2) to use protracted “ceasefire negotiations” to wear down the Ethiopian government through a process of attrition and restore the terrorist TPLF back to power.
In his Executive Order Biden declared, the humanitarian crisis in Ethiopia “constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.”
The threat to American national security can only be resolved, according to the Order, if the Ethiopian Government sits down with the terrorist TPLF and engages in “ceasefire negotiations” and agrees to “inclusive dialogue”.
In his UN speech on September 21, 2021, Mean Joe mentioned Ethiopia twice”: “We all must call out and condemn the targeting and oppression of racial, ethnic, and religious minorities when it occurs in northern Ethiopia.” He added, “We cannot give up on solving raging civil conflicts, including in Ethiopia.”
Biden did not even mention China, Russia, presumably the greatest threats to American national interest. He said he will come up with a “plan to improve the lives of the people of North Korea.”
Biden did not oppose or urge others to oppose the Taliban government’s request to participate in the UN General Assembly meetings.
Lo and behold, Ethiopia is now the foremost threat to U.S. national security in the world!
That is really a great achievement for one of the poorest countries in the world to be a greater threat to America than Russia and China combined!
In 2013, I wrote Ethiopia shall rise and galvanize Africans and open a new era of independency and self-sufficiency in Africa.
In March 2021, I asked in a commentary, “With a Friend Like America, Does Ethiopia Need Enemies?”
Now, we all know a rising, independent and prosperous Ethiopia is a “threat to American national security”.
This strategy of demonizing Ethiopia as a threat to American national security is a diabolical narrative concocted and relentlessly pursued by Sleazy Suzie.
Sleazy Suzie’s strategy is simple: IF THE TPLF CANNOT HAVE ETHIOPIA, ETHIOPIA CAN GO TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET!
It is the TPLF that is already in hell and their supporters should join them there.
Sleazy Suzie Rice
Beginning on November 12, 2020, after it became clear the TPLF’s plan to seize power by force became a pipedream, Rice has been peddling the idea of “inclusive dialogue” and “negotiated ceasefire” as a way of restoring the terrorist TPLF to power in a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue”.
For the last ten months, Susan Rice has been puppet-mastering Biden and Antony Blinken to parrot her narrative of “inclusive dialogue” and a “negotiated ceasefire” with the internationally-registered and at one time U.S.-designated tier 3 terrorist group known as the TPLF.
In April, Biden (actually Susan Rice) appointed Jeffrey Feltman as Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa.
Biden, Blinken, Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor, Samantha Power, USAID boss, Linda Thomas, US Ambassador to the UN and others have been pontificating about their “deep concerns” and issuing grand edicts and dictats for “immediate humanitarian access, inclusive dialogue, negotiated ceasefire”.
“A rose by any other name would smell as sweet”, but sanctions by any other name is stinking economic war.
Ethiopia a threat to U.S. national security because it is an emerging regional power?
The fact of the matter is Ethiopia poses no threat whatsoever to the United States.
Threats against U.S. National Security within the ambit of the National Security Act of 1947 include those emanating from nuclear proliferation, cyber/terrorism, transnational crimes, attacks on the physical well-being of the U.S. population or acts that jeopardize the stability of the U.S. economy or institutions.
In what way does Ethiopia pose a threat to the military, economic, resource, border, energy, demographic or geostrategic security of the U.S.?
Could it be U.S. afraid Ethiopia could be a regional power in the Horn of Africa?
Is that what Biden’s Executive Order is all about? Preventing Ethiopia from becoming a regional power?
The fact is Ethiopia has not harmed any U.S. citizens or U.S. interests.
Ethiopia has not said a harsh word against the U.S. even when Donald Trump egged the Egyptians to bomb the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
Ethiopia has made no public complaints when the U.S. tried to arm-twist it to sign a deal and sell itself down the Abai (Nile) River.
Ethiopia complied with U.S. demands to provide unrestricted humanitarian access to Tigray and facilitated relief delivery.
Ethiopia declared a unilateral ceasefire after the U.S. insisted on it, an opportunity the terrorist TPLF used to wage war on neighboring Amhara and Afar regions.
What the hell do Biden and Rice want Ethiopia to do?
Biden’s (Actually Susan Rice’s) Game of “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue”
Biden’s (Susan Rice’s) idea about a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue” is DOA, dead-on arrival.
The simple fact of the matter is this: With whom will the Ethiopian Government negotiate if negotiations are possible?
Almost all members of the TPLF political and military leadership have been killed or captured in battle, arrested and held in pretrial detention or are fugitives from justice.
Those claiming to represent the TPLF today are the rump of what used to be the TPLF and are themselves fugitives from justice.
That fact has not stopped Sleazy Suzie from pushing for negotiations with the terrorist remnants of the TPLF.
It boggles the mind that Biden should demand the Government of Ethiopia must negotiate with a terrorist group that widely uses child soldiers, attacks the defense force of the country, invades neighboring regions and commit aggression, crimes against humanity and genocide and taken the people of Tigray hostage!
Biden and Rice must be crazier than to believe Ethiopia will negotiate with the terrorist TPLF under any circumstances.
Yet, the terrorist leaders of the TPLF in the bush have declared at least 10 preconditions the Ethiopian Government must meet before negotiations of any kind can take place. These include:
1) Acknowledgement the government PM Abiy Ahmed is illegitimate and without constitutional mandate to govern;
2) PM Abiy’s government must commit to a transitional arrangement and an all-inclusive political process that includes the major political actors in the country;
3) Immediate removal of invading Amhara forces from Tigray;
4) Immediate removal of Eritrean security, intelligence and defense forces from Tigray;
5) Immediate resumption of suspended services such as telecommunication, banking and health services, electricity, all forms of transportation and commerce;
6) Immediate release of withheld Tigrayan budget for the upcoming Ethiopian fiscal year;
7) Establishment of multiple humanitarian corridors that allow for the provision of humanitarian assistance in all forms;
8) General amnesty for TPLF, release of TPLF leaders in pretrial detention and cessation of “mass arrests of ethnic-Tigrayans across the country”.
9) Reaffirmation of certain Amhara lands as part of Tigray region.
10) Immediate power-sharing with the TPLF.
The U.S-TPLF “ceasefire” con game
On June 29, 2021, the Ethiopian Government declared a unilateral ceasefire and redeployed its troops outside of Tigray.
The Ethiopian Government listed at least 10 reasons for redeployment:
1) Formally establish there is CIVIL WAR in Ethiopia.
The fact of the matter is that no such thing in Ethiopia. There is only TPLF TERRORISM. The U.S., aiding and abetting the TPLF, wants deliberately and intentionally mislead global public opinion by conflating terrorism with civil war.
2) Ethiopia has spent 100-billion-birr, tenfold the normal budget of the Tigray region, to sustain the relief effort in Tigray. That has been a major drain on the national budget.
3) Mekele, the Tigray capital, no longer has any strategic value.
4) Western Governments have been demanding removal of Ethiopian and Eritrean troops from Tigray as a necessary condition for expedited delivery of humanitarian aid.
5) The TPLF has been using human shields to conduct its terrorist actions and Ethiopian federal forces have no interest in causing civilian casualties.
6) The Ethiopian Government is spending too much of its human resources in Tigray for a thankless job.
7) The Ethiopian Government needs to reorient its defense forces to other potential challenges.
8) Ethiopia’s meagre resources should be directed to development not war. The planting season in Tigray should proceed without conflict.
9) The TPLF is boxed in and without military capacity to pose a real threat outside of Tigray.
10) Let the West deal with the Tigray situation as they have the resources to do so.
The terrorist TPLF has exploited the Ethiopian Government’s unilateral ceasefire to attack neighboring regions
The TPLF has completely rejected unilateral ceasefire and turned a deaf ear to international calls for a ceasefire.
The TPLF has used the unilateral ceasefire declaration as an opportunity to invade Amhara and Afar regions wreaking havoc, committing mass atrocities and untold crimes against humanity.
Ceasefire or inclusive negotiations with the TPLF is an exercise in futility and stupidity.
In the one-quarter century the TPLF was in power in Ethiopia, it has shown it knows one and only one type of negotiation, ZERO-SUM.
The Evidence:
The TPLF has used negotiations to
1) divide and make a separate peace with Oromos by pitting them against Amharas and maintain itself in power.
2) neutralize and delegitimize their opposition and reduce them to the status of lackeys.
3) stall for time until they can cook up new tricks.
4) hoodwink the donors and loaners because the word “negotiation” perks up their ears.
5) blunt legislative efforts in the U.S. Congress aimed at sanctioning them.
6) bring the international community and opinion to their side.
7) clean up their international image and put on a kinder and gentler face and conceal their blood-soaked hands in a white glove.
8) remain in power for one more day. One more week. One more month. One more year.
Mean Joe’s (Sleazy Susan Rice’s) bait and switch diplomatic game of “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue”

Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.
Biden’s (actually Susan Rice’s) nonsense about a “negotiated ceasefire” and “inclusive dialogue” is nothing more than a set up for bait-and-switch diplomacy, which I wrote about in March 2020.
The U.S. tried unsuccessfully to trap Ethiopia in bait-and-switch diplomacy in November 2019 when it invited Ethiopia to join Egypt and Sudan for informal “discussions” on the Grad Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) in Washington, D.C.
Trump personally directed then Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin (not the State Department) to participate as an observer along with the President of the World Bank.
During the several months of negotiations, the U.S. role changed from neutral “observer” to facilitator and in the end arm-twister for Egypt.
After several months of “negotiations”, Ethiopia was presented with an agreement jointly prepared by U.S. Treasury and Egyptian officials.
When Ethiopia refused to sign the U.S.-Egypt prepared agreement, in September 2020, Trump personally ordered suspension of $130 million worth of aid to Ethiopia because of “a lack of progress” on GERD negotiations.
Biden is trying to pull another Trump-type bait and switch diplomacy with his sanctions and other forms of arm-twisting.
What is a ceasefire and what does it produce?
The Biden administration (that is Susan Rice) claims a ceasefire is needed to facilitate distribution of aid.
What it does not say is that ceasefire negotiations with the TPLF are the same as peace negotiations with the TPLF.
So, the Biden administration’s trick is to get Ethiopia to sit for a ceasefire negotiation and switch it to a peace negotiation.
The Biden administration deliberately conflates and confuses “permanent cease fire” and “peace agreement”.
A ceasefire is temporary stoppage of war or any armed conflict for an agreed-upon timeframe or within a limited area. It could be unilateral, bilateral or multilateral.
A peace agreement is a formal agreement ending a state of war
Therefore, permanent ceasefire = peace agreement/peace treaty.
The Biden administration’s (Susan Rice’s) ceasefire con game
The Biden administration’s ceasefire con game in Ethiopia has clear strategic objectives:
1) Legitimize the TPLF as a sovereign or semi-sovereign entity and grant it international legitimacy.
2) Rehabilitate the TPLF from a terrorist organization to a legitimate political opposition through a ceasefire negotiation.
3) Buy time for the TPLF to rearm and regroup by dragging out the ceasefire negotiations.
4) Use ceasefire negotiations as a condition to open international borders in the name of accessing humanitarian aid and enable the TPLF to resupply itself with weapons from outside sources, specifically Sudan (or is it Susan?), Egypt and the European Union.
5) Use ceasefire negotiations as a step to full scale peace agreement negotiations with TPLF.
5) Create an opportunity for the U.S. to play kingmaker and legitimize the U.S. as a “neutral mediator” in the ceasefire negotiations by offering financial and other incentives. In doing so, allow the U.S. unfettered power to meddle in internal Ethiopian politics and dictate terms of surrender to the Ethiopian Government.
6) By forcing PM Abiy’s government to the negotiating table with the TPLF, show the people of Ethiopia PM Abiy is a weak and ineffective leader thereby turning the population against him.
7) By forcing the Ethiopian government to the negotiating table, show the world PM Abiy’s government is the aggressor and the TPLF victim.
8) Make Ethiopia the bad boy of Africa. If any African country tries to buck the U.S. or refuses to kiss the U.S.’s **s, it will be crushed with sanctions the world has never seen.
9) Prolong the ceasefire negotiations as an effective weapon of attrition. Bleed Ethiopia financially. Trap and bog the Ethiopian Government in a ceasefire negotiation and drag out the ceasefire negotiations indefinitely thereby frustrating the Ethiopia Government and the people of Ethiopia. The longer the ceasefire negotiations take, the more legitimacy and public support the Ethiopian Government will lose among the Ethiopian people.
10) Use the ceasefire negotiations to secure full amnesty and immunity from prosecution for all TPLF leaders and exonerate them from the crimes of humanity they committed.
11) Create the opportunity for the deployment of a UN chapter VII force tasked with a variety of tasks.
12) Use the ceasefire negotiations to reintegrate the TPLF terrorist forces into the Ethiopian army.
13) Use the ceasefire negotiations to force the Ethiopian Government to share power with the terrorist TPLF.
13) Ultimately restore the TPLF to power through the clever use of ceasefire negotiations.
Biden-Rice rules of the “ceasefire” con game
The tactical approach to achieve the strategic goals is:
1) Give lip service to African Union mediation between the Government of Ethiopia and the terrorist TPLF.
2) Buy off African leaders to apply pressure on Ethiopia.
3) Use the AU as a weapon to pressure Ethiopia.
4) Seek observer and facilitator status during the ceasefire negotiations.
5) Offer to underwrite the entire negotiation process by pledging to commit funds.
Ceasefire is easier said than done
Biden (Susan Rice) talks about a ceasefire. But they are willfully clueless.
With ceasefires, the devil is in the details, a fact that should be as clear as a day in hell to Susan Rice, the DUCHESS OF DARKNESS.
Anyone who has studied ceasefires knows they are exceedingly complex processes with a near certain degree of failure.
The data is compelling.
For instance, in Ukraine there were 4 ceasefires that led to new offensives.
In Yemen, of 9 ceasefires 7 led to offensives.
In Syria, out of 20 ceasefires, 19 led to new offensives.
In South Sudan, between 2014 and 2020, there were numerous ceasefire agreements which failed leading to new offensives.
Biden and Susan Rice know full well the TPLF will honor no ceasefire agreements. Certainly, the Ethiopian Government knows as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow that for the TPLF agreement is not worth the paper it is written on.
Ceasefire agreements are a can of worms
Ceasefire negotiations and agreements are perilous and problematic issues. Ceasefires almost always fail because of complex issues related to
1) command and control for ceasefire implementation;
2) demobilization and disarmament of combatants;
3) designation of independent monitors (agreement on which countries will supply monitors);
4) rules of engagement;
5) composition of verification teams;
6) establishment of process for presenting breach of the agreement complaints;
7) establishment of neutral and independent investigative bodies for breaches of ceasefire terms and conditions;
8) modalities for the exchange of information by opposing forces on troop movement, training exercises and so on;
9) integration of force elements from combatants; and
10) one-upmanship to take advantage of the each other’s political and military weaknesses, among others.
The fact of the matter is coming to a ceasefire agreement and implementing it will take many months (under the most idea circumstances), which will provide the TPLF an opportunity to rebuild its military capacity while handcuffing Ethiopia from taking action to eliminate the TPLF terrorist threat.
Let there be no mistake!
The Biden administration is not interested in a ceasefire. It is interested in using ceasefire negotiations as a TROJAN HORSE to trick and bamboozle the Ethiopian Governement into dropping its guard while allowing the terrorist TPLF to sneak into power stealthily.
It is interested in using a ceasefire to facilitate rebuilding and strengthening of the TPLF’s military might so that it can continue its terrorist war in Ethiopia until it is restored to power.
The terrorist TPLF is not interested in negotiations. It is interested in using negotiations to buy time and destroy its opponents.
If there is a ceasefire, the TPLF will have to face the fire and fury of the people Tigray for the needless deaths of their children in a pointless war and the suffering they endured over the past 10 months!

The fact of the matter is that the TPLF has always, always played zero-sum negotiation games. They must win negotiations 100 percent of the time. They sneer at good faith bargaining, negotiation, compromise and conciliation. Negotiation for the TPLF is about one-upmanship. It is about hoodwinking and crushing their adversaries.
Biden (Sleazy Suzie’s) Hail Mary pass with economic sanctions
Desperation is driving Biden’s (Susan Rice’s) policy in Ethiopia.
Sleazy Suzie has run out of options.
Sleazy Suzie has her man Friday Jeffrey Feltman running from the Emirates to Saudi Arabia to Djbouti and now to Turkey begging the leaders of these countries to pressure Ethiopia to negotiate with the TPLF terrorists. Nobody wants to talk to Feltman because everyone knows he is Sleazie Suzie’s gofer.
Sleazy Suzie is coordinating action in Congress to for a declaration of genocide. (Who gives a damn whether Biden declares genocide or not!)
BIDEN AND RICE KNOW THEY HAVE CROSSED THE RED LINE ON THE GREEN, YELLOW AND RED FLAG.
That is what all the sanctions sound and fury is all about.

Sleazy Suzie has tried to use the Western press-titutes to demonize and ostracize Ethiopia. It failed.
Sleazy Suzie has tried to get the UN Security Council to sanction Ethiopia. She was laughed out of the hall.
Sleazy Suzie has tried to bully, intimidate, threaten and harass the Ethiopian Government. It has failed miserably.
Now, Sleazy Suzie is threatening MOAS (Mother of All Sanctions).
In American football there is a game tactic called the “Hail Mary pass”.
In the last seconds of a game, the quarterback (the player who directs the offensive game) in desperation will throw a long forward pass hoping to get a touchdown (make a score).
Biden’s Executive Order threatening economic sanctions the likes of which the world has never seen is that hail Mary throw to miraculously bring the Ethiopian Government to the negotiating table with the terrorist TPLF.
The Ethiopian Government will sit down and negotiate with the TPLF after hell freezes over and the TPLF devils go ice skating.
Joseph Biden: The White Horseman of the Apocalypse of Ethiopia Economic Sanctions
President Joe Biden, mounted on his white Horse threatens to visit economic apocalypse on Ethiopia.
In John’s Revelation, the first horseman rides a white horse, carrying a bow and wearing a crown and riding for conquest.
The White Horseman of the Apocalypse, the Great Deceiver, rides to conquer the earth crushing all who stand in his way in his insatiable lust for global power.
Joseph R. Biden is the White Horseman sent to Ethiopia the DUCHESS OF DARKNESS Susan Rice to conquer and plunder.
Biden, the Great Deceiver knows Abraham Lincoln did not negotiate with the rebels that attacked a federal Fort Sumter in South Carolina.
But he expects PM Abiy Ahmed to negotiate with the TPLF which attacked the Ethiopian federal fort in Northern Ethiopia.
Lincoln granted amnesty to the rebels after he defeated them
Mean Joe sheds crocodile tears for Haitians seeking refugee in America and ships them out before they receive an asylum hearing guaranteed to them under U.S. law.
Yet, Biden castigates and condemns Ethiopia for creating a refugee problem.
Ethiopia today hosts well over a million refugees from neighboring countries. And the U.S. set a maximum limit of
62,500 refugees in 2021!
Ethiopia does not mistreat and persecute refugees in its care.
Mean Joe has unleashed his Janjaweed (devils on horse back) on poor Haitian refugees.
The Great Enchantress Susan Rice is the invisible had that tries to rock the cradle in Ethiopia.
Rice’s original plan was to have a repeat of the Herman Cohen con game when in 1991 then Assistant Secretary for African Affairs Herman Cohen set up a scam negotiations and swiftly installed the TPLF to power.
Rice’s blind commitment to the TPLF is incomprehensible.
Could it be that Rice is going all out to help the TPLF because the TPLF scumbags have dirt on her? Could Rice be a victim of blackmail by the TPLF?
That is a plausible hypothesis.
For decades, Sleazy Suzie has been in bed with the TPLF.
The fact of the matter is that Biden and Rice are incapable of forcing Ethiopia to negotiate with the TPLF or kiss Uncle Sam’s **s.
If the White Horseman of the Apocalypse of Sanctions believes he can break the will of Ethiopians and bring them to their knees, he should think gain.
After 20 years, the U.S. had to leave Afghanistan ignominiously at the tip of the pointy shoes of a bunch of fanatical terrorists.
The White Horseman of the Apocalypse of Sanction should know strength comes from an indomitable will.
Strength does not come from possession of war planes, tanks and guns.
In other words, it is not the size of the dog in the fight that determines the winner.
It is the size of the fight in the dog. Goliath became David’s footstool.
Ethiopians today are joining in arms to defend their country by the tens of millions.
Their battle cry is, “Give me dignity or give me death!”
The spirit of defiance in the cause of Ethiopian dignity and sovereignty comes from our ancestors who kept Ethiopia free from white colonial domination and any other foreign domination for millennia.
Our ancestors won against all odds because they had indomitable will.
At the UN on September 21, Biden said, “freedom, equality, opportunity, and a belief in the universal rights of all people are stamped into our DNA as a nation.”
Hear this, White Horseman of the Apocalypse of Sanctions.
Defiance, determination, daring, sovereignty, dignity and audacity are the “Higgs boson” of our existence at the subatomic level!
The White Horseman of the Apocalypse of Sanctions economic war in Ethiopia could create hardships and challenges. It may even try men’s and women’s souls.
But like gold whose true nature is revealed by fire, Biden and the West will see Ethiopia rise up, shine and shimmer, and claim its Golden Age.
