Donald (“The Octopus”) Trump: Sexual-Predator (Groper) -in-Chief?

trump-sex-pred-3“Lock him up! Register the predator in the sex offender registry!”

Trump admitted he is a “sexual predator” on the Howard Stern Show in 2006.

Howard Stern:    Donald. Seriously. You know about sexual predators and things like that.
Robin Quivers (co-host Howard Stern Show):    You are one! (Laughter.)
Trump:    It’s true. (Nodding in agreement.)

In January 2016, Donald Trump bragged, “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters.”

I thought the insufferable blowhard was just blowing campaign smoke.

But it is now crystal clear that The (Octopus) Donald means what he says and says what he means.

When it comes to women, Donald “The Playa’” Trump don’t play around.

Trump actually believes that because he is a celebrity, he can do anything, “shoot” people and  shoot off his mouth. (Did I say shoot himself  in the foot?)

He believes he can sexually assault  and molest “beautiful women”, or verbally assault women he thinks have “fat, ugly faces.”

If the women are “beautiful piece of _ _ _”, he would pounce on them like an octopus locking its suckering tentacles on a crab.

The law of the jungle rules Planet Trump. Powerful predators prey on the weak and defenseless. Rich and powerful celebrities feel they can commit any criminal or tortious act with total impunity.

Trump talks like a Third World thugtator or dicktator who brags about being able to do anything he wants.

Yesterday, Nigerian “president” Muhammadu Buhari  responding to his wife’s public complaint  that he is not doing what he promised to do during the campaign said, “Ha, ha, ha. I don’t know which party my wife belongs to but uh, she belongs to my kitchen, my living room and the other room.”

I, Donald  Trump,  American thugtator-in-chief to be!

In a “hot mic” conversation with his cronies before an interview with Access Hollywood, Trump boasted about his sexual conquests (assaults) kissing women and grabbing them between their legs, without their consent.

Trump said he is “attracted to beautiful women like a magnet”.  No, he is more like an octopus attracted to crab legs.

Trump gloated on how he forces himself on women:

[W]hen you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything. I moved on her, and I failed. I’ll admit it. I did try and f**k her. She was married. I moved on her very heavily. I moved on her like a b***h. But I couldn’t get there. And she was married. Then, all of a sudden, I see her — she’s now got the big phony t**s and everything. She’s totally changed her look.

When I first heard these words, I thought someone must be impersonating Trump. You know, one of those “criminals and rapists” Trump warned us the “Mexican Government is forcing on the people of the United States”.

When I heard the words with my defense lawyer cap on, I could only imagine the prosecutors in the L.A. County District Attorney Office’s  Sex Crimes Division grinning, licking their chops  and rubbing their palms and getting ready to go after a self-c0nfessed sexual predator.

Trump was making a confession to a variety of crimes in the 2005 videotape. If not outright confession, he was definitely making an out-of-court admission (what lawyers call a “statement against interest”) of criminal and civil wrongdoing.

Trump incriminated himself by detailing how he actually committed or attempted to commit a variety of crimes in California including: 1) sexual assault (“I just start kissing them.  Just kiss. I don’t even wait.” (Cal. Pen. Code 243.4(c)); 2) attempted rape (“I did try and f**k her. I moved on her, and I failed. I moved on her very heavily. I moved on her like a b***h. But I couldn’t get there.”) (Cal. Pen. Code 261 & 664); and 3) engaging in lewd act (Grab them by the p***y.)  (Cal. Pen. Code 647(a).

Far too many defendants in sex crimes prosecutions have been convicted on far less evidence than the confession (and increasing number of victims coming out in public) given by Trump.

Trump keeps reminding us, “I’m, like, a really smart person.” That is exactly what all the dumb criminals say to justify their crimes. They really believe they are so smart that they can outsmart everyone else. Until they are caught, trapped in their own words. Trump is caught in his own web of words. (I did not say caught with his pants down.)

What Trump was trumpeting in the 2005 videotape is the kind of thing criminal defense lawyers hear confidentially from some of their clients charged  with sex crimes.  They couldn’t help it. “They let you do it,” they would explain.

As I reeled from the incredible statements, I suddenly recalled the civil lawsuit filed against Trump for rape. (To read the Complaint click HERE.)

That lawsuit alleges that in the “summer months of 1994”,  plaintiff Jane Doe was “subject[ed] to acts of rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment, and threats of death and/or serious bodily injury”  by Donald Trump and his associate Jeffrey Epstein.”

The matter is scheduled for a hearing in Manhattan (N.Y) Federal Court on December 16, 2016.

Umm!!

It does not seem much has changed for The Predator (The Donald) between 1994 and 2005.

The evidentiary standard (burden of proof) in a civil case is “preponderance of the evidence”. That simply means that  if the jury believes there is a 50.01 percent chance that Jane Doe’s allegations are true, she wins!

Is Donald Trump, a celebrity sex predator in much the same way as super-celebrity predator Bill Cosby? Did (Would) Trump also drug women to have sex?

So much for The Predator.

Trump’s misogyny and dehumanization of women knows no bounds.

He has described women as “fat pigs”, “slobs” and “disgusting animals” (and if they are breast feeding “disgusting”), “bitches”, “sluts” and “gold diggers” if they are eager to sign a prenuptial agreement.

Trump attacked Fox (I did not say faux news) News anchor Megyn Kelly as a “bimbo” who was incapable of objectivity when there was “blood coming out of her whatever”.

I truly cannot understand why Trump would want the vote of  “fat pigs”, “slobs”,  “disgusting animals”,  “bitches”, “sluts” and  “gold diggers”?

Trump has no real apologies or moral qualms about his degradation of women. He once dismissively observed, “You know, it really doesn’t matter what (the media) write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”

For Trump there are only two types of women: 1) those who are a “beautiful piece of ass” and others who are “fat pigs”, “disgusting animals”, etc.

In his first “apology” immediately after the 2005 videotape became public, Trump said all of it is “locker room banter” and “I apologize if anyone was offended.” Trump said it all happened eleven years ago. Let bygones be bygones.

But Trump said all of those nasty things in the bus, not in the locker room.

A whole bunch of athletes came out and said they do not talk about women like Trump in the locker room. LeBron James said , “What is locker room talk to me? It’s not what that guy (Trump) said.  We don’t disrespect women in no shape or fashion in our locker rooms. That never comes up. I’ve got a mother-in-law, my mom, a wife, and a daughter and those conversations just don’t go on in our locker room.”

Perhaps Trump meant the locker room at Trump Towers.

In his second “apology”, Trump dumped on the Clintons: “I’ve said some foolish things. But there is a big difference between the word and actions of other people. Bill Clinton has actually abused women and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims.”

Trump cannot see the simple contradiction in what he is saying. In the special logic of Planet Trump, talking about his 2005 statements is irrelevant and old news but talking about  Bill Clinton’s sexual escapades and statements from the 1990s is new news and relevant.

The bottom line is that women to Trump are nothing more than a “beautiful piece of _ _ _” to do whatever he pleases.

I just wonder. How would Trump feel if someone said to him his daughter Ivanka is “beautiful piece of _ _ _”.

Not a problem.

Trump told Howard Stern “it’s okay to call my daughter a ‘piece of ass’”.

In 2006, he said, “I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

When Trump saw 12 year-old Paris Hilton “walk into the room ‘I said, ‘Who the hell is that?’” He went on to declare he saw Hilton’s sex tape released on the internet.

In 1992, Trump asked an adolescent girl if she was going up an elevator and said on camera, “I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe it?” Trump was 46 years-old at the time.

How would Trump feel if someone tried to do to his daughters what he wanted to do to the “married woman”?

How would Trump feel if someone tried to forcibly kiss or grab the private parts of his wife Melania as he tried to do to the “married woman”?

Not a problem for Trump.

In 2005, Trump called pregnant Melania a “blimp” and a “monster”.  He said, “Like a blimp — in the right places. In her case, the right places. I mean she really has become a monster — in all the right places.”

What kind of a man would call his wife a “blimp” and a “monster”?

Shrek?

No! I would say a big fat toupee-wearing monster.

Poor Melania. All she could say was, “The words my husband used (in 2005 video) are unacceptable and offensive to me.”

How would Trump would feel about someone doing to his mother what he wanted to do the married woman?  Stop! I don’t want to know.

Such is the true nature of the degenerate pervert who now wants to become President of the United States.

Trump’s women apologists say, “There is nothing to what he said. Boys will be boys.”

Wrong! Boys like Trump become misogynists, sexual predators and rapists.

Trump’s defenders say Bill Clinton has said and done worse things. They want to vilify Bill Clinton as a moral degenerate for his sexual escapades and at the same time use him as the yardstick to show Trump is just a notch below Bill Clinton on the morality and decency scale. Trump deserves to be president because he is little less immoral than the totally immoral Bill Clinton.

There are some “conservative Christians” who will support Trump despite his moral degeneracy.

Many prominent evangelical leaders are sticking by Trump after they saw the 2005 videotape.

How is that possible? Have they not read that supreme divine authority of the Christian faith?

The last time I read The Ten Commandments, it is a sin “to commit adultery” (#7), “covet the neighbor’s wife” (#10), “bear false witness” (#9) and not “honor one’s father and mother”(#5) (dishonor one’s wife and children?).

I was taught The Ten Commandments  were spoken by God himself, inscribed in stone, and represent the ultimate expression of God’s moral law.

Trump has flagrantly violated nearly one-half of the Ten Commandments, and many evangelical leaders remain his steadfast supporters. Students at Liberty University, (the “fundamentalist Christian university” founded by Jerry Falwell)  condemned their university president for “being associated with one of the worst presidential candidates in American history. Donald Trump does not represent our values and we want nothing to do with him.”

How could anyone who claims to be a Christian in good conscience to support and vote for a man who has trashed the Commandments and core values of Christianity?

What about the family values conservatives talk about? Is it a family value to “move on a married woman like a b***h”? Or leer and oogle at women’s behinds covetously?

Someone once said, “Children are great imitators. So give them something great to imitate.”

Is Donald “Make America Great” Trump the great one our children should imitate?

Trump’s supporters at the Republican Convention were frothing at the mouth shouting,   “Lock her up! Lock her up! Lock her up! Lock her up!”

It is time now for Hillary’s supporters to shout out, “Lock him up! Lock up the sexual predator!  Register the predator in the sex offender registry!”

What woman would feel secure in a Trump Tower elevator standing next to Trump, with no one else present? I mean at least a woman who is not armed without two jumbo size pepper spray canisters.

Now, a walking, talking, groping  and self-confessed sexual predator wants to become President of the United States.

Anyone who tries to minimize and trivialize Trump’s disgusting behavior with women is simply practicing hypocrisy.

But who knows?!

H.L. Mencken once remarked:

No one in this world, so far as I know — and I have searched the records for years, and employed agents to help me — has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people. Nor has anyone ever lost public office thereby.

In other words, “no one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people.”

Mencken explained, “The mistake that is made always runs the other way. Because the plain people are able to speak and understand, and even, in many cases, to read and write, it is assumed that they have ideas in their heads, and an appetite for more. This assumption is a folly.”

Who can save America from the folly of that Dirty Old Man?

Hint?
